Quick and easy refinance process!
The notary/title company was very difficult to work with. They canceled my appointment two times with no notice to me. I am only found out that they were not coming through my PennyMac representative. He wasn’t sure why this kept happening. That was the only negative part of my refinance process

Very easy process. The only thing that I was a bit frustrated with was the incorrect amount of my closing costs. I had gotten a cashier's check. When the notary came she told me that was the incorrect amount. Luckily I managed to find 1 personal check to write the correct amount to be able to close on time
The whole process was relatively painless and quick which is what I was hoping for.
