Very nice, helpful and answered all my questions. She updated me with the loan process. I’m very thankful she was able to lower down my interest loan. Mahalo!
Both Marlon Bivens and Jason Hord were wonderful! Marlon took so much time with me explaining the refinancing options and looking at different options for me. He really took the time to make sure I understood everything. Jason answered my questions quick and kindly. They were both great to work with!

Very easy process. The only thing that I was a bit frustrated with was the incorrect amount of my closing costs. I had gotten a cashier's check. When the notary came she told me that was the incorrect amount. Luckily I managed to find 1 personal check to write the correct amount to be able to close on time
