Loan process went smooth and was quick and fairly easy. Had a few rough spots when it came to closing. Had to reschedule 3 times but did finally get it done and all went smooth.

Molly made herself available basically at all hours of the day anytime I wanted/needed. Previous to Molly, Moe did the same. They answered any and all questions I had. They treated me like a person rather than a number which is uncommon nowadays. You need more employees like them. I am in the service industry as well so I know the difference between good employees, bad employees, and company culture. PennyMac needs more employees like these two.

I received little information about upcoming steps in the process after the initial conversation with the loan officer. I was also pushed by Nichole to esign something within hours of her sending notification with the claim that I wouldn't be able to process my loan before the end of the month. I didn't see the "pressing" email until after work, later in the evening and was not able to review the documents. I also had questions; no one was available to walk me through the documents.
