Tracy Parker was great. No problems. It was when we first started this process. We felt we had a Bait and Switch % on Interest rate!! For $600 to buy point. Then Angie Wu said she had to call us back. Twenty minutes later she called back and said she couldn't do that interest rate for $600 it would be $3,000 !! Rates went down so we called and asked about a one time float down and Never received an answer back from Angie And now its funded and Closed. Very disappointed.
