Online processing of refinance was quick and easy. Representatives provided prompt responses to questions and were very professional and pleasant to work with.
Tracy Parker was great. No problems. It was when we first started this process. We felt we had a Bait and Switch % on Interest rate!! For $600 to buy point. Then Angie Wu said she had to call us back. Twenty minutes later she called back and said she couldn't do that interest rate for $600 it would be $3,000 !! Rates went down so we called and asked about a one time float down and Never received an answer back from Angie And now its funded and Closed. Very disappointed.
