My Loan Processor Jason Hord was key in this process, always calling me back as planned and coordinating with other individuals in the company.
My only complaint was the use of 2 different websites by PennyMac. The eSign site and the regular check your loan site. The links in the emails didn't always seem to point to the correct site when they requested documents. Maybe it was suppose to be that way.
Everyone was vary professional
As an existing excellent customer, I would have expected PennyMac to give me the best available interest rates for my refinancing. I didn’t expect that I would have to look elsewhere to get better rates for PennyMac to match. That was very disappointing. Other than that, the experience was very good.
