My only complaint was the use of 2 different websites by PennyMac. The eSign site and the regular check your loan site. The links in the emails didn't always seem to point to the correct site when they requested documents. Maybe it was suppose to be that way.

Ajanay was terrific in keeping us posted on our status and what was needed and why. As for the notary that was working for the title company, he was not very helpful on the process to provide the closing payment. However with the help of Jamie at BNT and Ajanay we were able to close out on time despite our lack of guidance. One recommendation is to provide guidance to customers when to stop paying current mortgage, as I continued with payments even after loan closing.
