Ajanay was terrific in keeping us posted on our status and what was needed and why. As for the notary that was working for the title company, he was not very helpful on the process to provide the closing payment. However with the help of Jamie at BNT and Ajanay we were able to close out on time despite our lack of guidance. One recommendation is to provide guidance to customers when to stop paying current mortgage, as I continued with payments even after loan closing.
From the very first call inquiring about a Refi to closing everything was very smooth. Hector was very thorough and kept in contact and answered the one or two questions I did have.
very dissappointed that interest rates now at 0.25% 7 days after my closing. I think Penny Mac should honor a Rescission of my refinance due to the new wrench thrown into the mix.
