Everything went very smoothly. We had to push our closing date back a week due to emergent surgery, but everyone was very helpful, even with the small hiccup we had. My questions were answered promptly and clearly. Also, appreciated how nice everyone was.
Everyone i dealt with was very helpful and assisted anyway they could.

Mr. Woodie was straight forward in his handling of my loan application and closed in a timely manner,
I never spoke or received any communication from Joseph F at all. All communication was done by me when I would call to find out status. I work in the mortgage industry so know the process and understand what occurs, but if I didn't, I definitely would not have know as a "typical borrower."
Fast and easy
This was a quick fast and easy process. I highly recommend Penny Mac!
Too much to type. But basically PennyMac has more business than they can handle. Lack with communication and understanding of individual customers loan. I had to make sure Tara new the parameters of my loan each time and even then she would just sound like a robot and state what other teams told her to. When the information was wrong. She didn’t know even to push back when I asked.
