Fast and easy
Overall process was smooth
Too much to type. But basically PennyMac has more business than they can handle. Lack with communication and understanding of individual customers loan. I had to make sure Tara new the parameters of my loan each time and even then she would just sound like a robot and state what other teams told her to. When the information was wrong. She didn’t know even to push back when I asked.
Wasn’t to bad, timing was just off because I work nights but we were able to complete task the very next day.
Good people to work with.
It was fine.
Service overall was okay since everything was done by computer,which I have had problems with the internet,the contact person assigned was very helpful and work with me in resolving problems.
