The document process was a little difficult. Often documents were requested but the portal said I was up to date with no way to upload more/ again/revise.
Each hand that touch the loan in the process should have communicate better with each other. I was asked and answered the same question by 4 different person. I had to send the 4th person to the 1st person for the answer. That was frustrating.
Good people to work with.
Joe and Rylee were great, the earlier team and your other teams that do the u see writing and especially the subordination team really dropped the ball. I was as close to a perfect client as you can get and the process took 10 plus months. Joe really pushed his teams at the end to get it complete. I had to finally cancel my empty HELOC to get it done.
