Annie McCowen was very helpful throughout this stressful application for my refinance. She was very clear about what documents were needed and/or missing, throughout the process.

The document process was a little difficult. Often documents were requested but the portal said I was up to date with no way to upload more/ again/revise.

Service overall was okay since everything was done by computer,which I have had problems with the internet,the contact person assigned was very helpful and work with me in resolving problems.
Joe and Rylee were great, the earlier team and your other teams that do the u see writing and especially the subordination team really dropped the ball. I was as close to a perfect client as you can get and the process took 10 plus months. Joe really pushed his teams at the end to get it complete. I had to finally cancel my empty HELOC to get it done.
