I had several challenges with the loan process. Tynisha was always professional and tried to help. This was a cash out refinance. Early on in the process I was told we could not keep our existing HELOC, so I agreed to close it, and asked if I should close it right away. I was told closing it would slow down the process. we got the best loan. if everyone was on same page, loan originator and closing team did not had access to same portal and loan originators were not that responsive. I had to keep calling and emailing them over and over.

Mrs Izabella Boyd made my experience awesome!!! The initial 2 agents (Stephen Toth and Patrick) were unresponsive, I had to continually call them (for over 30 days), they were unmotivated and clueless. Izabella took over my loan and after a 10 minute phone call my wife and I know we would have a much better experience dealing with her. She took charge of the entire loan process reaching out to multiple individuals to try to get the job done.
