The document process was a little difficult. Often documents were requested but the portal said I was up to date with no way to upload more/ again/revise.

Each hand that touch the loan in the process should have communicate better with each other. I was asked and answered the same question by 4 different person. I had to send the 4th person to the 1st person for the answer. That was frustrating.

I had several challenges with the loan process. Tynisha was always professional and tried to help. This was a cash out refinance. Early on in the process I was told we could not keep our existing HELOC, so I agreed to close it, and asked if I should close it right away. I was told closing it would slow down the process. we got the best loan. if everyone was on same page, loan originator and closing team did not had access to same portal and loan originators were not that responsive. I had to keep calling and emailing them over and over.
