The entire process was painless. Everyone was very nice, professional and helped me with all my questions.
I got the best rate from PennyMac but probably the worst service. I don't know who Joseph Ferrante is. I spoke to Maged Nashid whom I could bearly understand and I couldn't communicate very well with. I intend to apply for another Mortgage Loan in approximately 6 months and I feel like I don't want to deal with PennyMac again.

Great service and quick closing with a great rate
Service was great
Jon called weekly to give me updates even if there wasn't any. Made sure I didn't feel like we were at a stand still. He walked me through the process and made sure it seemed very simple for someone like me to understand. Jon and his team was amazing. Would recommend his team every time.
