Well first of all shout out goes to Sandi McMillin excellent and went above and beyond but the loan process agent not so much i was lied to would not return my call or his manager would not call i submitted docments with better interest rate and cost from amerisave mortgage with 2.75 interest rate for 30yrs and less cost and more money back to me and Phillip Brown and his manager would not even acknowledge me or call i am still not happy with whole process Sandi McMillin was the only the compassionate and got the ball rollin... read more

PennyMac was the second company I applied for a refinance with. The first company was not very professional and I felt that my business was not appreciated. My experience with Justin N. and Daniel P. were the complete opposite. They had my best interest during the entire process and made it very easy to deal with my current lender and closing agency. I would recommend PennyMac to friends and family.
