when requesting a refiianance over the phone that the figures are correct the first time. The documents are totally not the same and the closing cost amount are not even mention on the phone. documents are sent right away to sign without someone calling to go over with you. We had called serval times and never received a call had to text thru website.

PennyMac was the second company I applied for a refinance with. The first company was not very professional and I felt that my business was not appreciated. My experience with Justin N. and Daniel P. were the complete opposite. They had my best interest during the entire process and made it very easy to deal with my current lender and closing agency.
