PennyMac was the second company I applied for a refinance with. The first company was not very professional and I felt that my business was not appreciated. My experience with Justin N. and Daniel P. were the complete opposite. They had my best interest during the entire process and made it very easy to deal with my current lender and closing agency. I would recommend PennyMac to friends and family.
Mr. Johnson was outstanding with his communication and response time to any questions I had. He demonstrates customer service excellence with every conversation. He made the process exceptionally easy and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking at a refinance.

Our loan documents were repeatedly incorrect, from veteran status to employment status. They forgot our names. Documents were requested repeatedly. We were incorrectly informed of repairs that needed to be made, costing us extra money. Due to your company's error, we nearly lost the house, and our closing date was pushed back three times, causing substantial issues with my employment.
