Our loan documents were repeatedly incorrect, from veteran status to employment status. They forgot our names. Documents were requested repeatedly. We were incorrectly informed of repairs that needed to be made, costing us extra money. Due to your company's error, we nearly lost the house, and our closing date was pushed back three times, causing substantial issues with my employment. even though some info. requested were requested over again and simple questions took too long to be presented to me, i am grateful for the results, they also told me it would be $80.00 LESS, BUT it was way less than that.

My experience with Penny Mac was very pleasant and stress free.
Some of my low scores are because I never communicated with Joe Cochran at all. His team did a pretty good job of helping me out when I had questions, though. Regarding document collection: I was asked to provide documents that weren't actually necessary. This made it look like I had open tasks to complete, even though I didn't. The interface showing tasks and what documents I need to provide is totally awesome, but that was somewhat negated by the unnecessary tasks.
