The process exceeded expectations!!!!The process was very well communicated. With follow through and instructions handled with an appropriate amount of urgency. The closing agent quick and thorough. The whole team was very helpful.and made this process incredibly easy! We were very happy we chose Pennymac!

even though some info. requested were requested over again and simple questions took too long to be presented to me, i am grateful for the results, they also told me it would be $80.00 LESS, BUT it was way less than that.

Some of my low scores are because I never communicated with Joe Cochran at all. His team did a pretty good job of helping me out when I had questions, though. Regarding document collection: I was asked to provide documents that weren't actually necessary. This made it look like I had open tasks to complete, even though I didn't. The interface showing tasks and what documents I need to provide is totally awesome, but that was somewhat negated by the unnecessary tasks.
