Customer service was lacking, attitude was not nice, and not knowledgeable about questions that were asked
The process exceeded expectations!!!!The process was very well communicated. With follow through and instructions handled with an appropriate amount of urgency. The closing agent quick and thorough. The whole team was very helpful.and made this process incredibly easy! We were very happy we chose Pennymac!

Jessica Wheeler was always thorough and very nice! Communication was great
I was not involved in this process. My spouse initiated it and communicated with you primarily. I was asked for employment documents via email, then someone else told my spouse that I didn't need to submit them. Very confusing. Lastly, the process took far longer than I would have expected for a simple refi. I don't know what the delays were.
