Service was outstanding
Overall easy experience
Malika was too hard to get a hold of and so was Ruben when I had questions
Everyone was great! From the moment I asked about the refinancing to getting the loan. I felt that everyone was there to help me with the process and any questions I had along the way. It made the whole process flow so much easier than I thought it would and we even got the loan closed before their estimated day!
I got a loan done in a good timeframe
i had three notary that came to my house. 1. Loan forgot to put the the trust information so had to redo it 2. signed a full set of document and the was told there was an error in the funding amount 3. Final attempt and closed This is not related to Elyccia but maybe communication between Penny Mac and the title company.

The Penny Mac team was constantly keeping in contact with me throughout the process making everything go smoothly.
It was supposed to be easy. Instead you allowed that appraisal process to screw everything up.
