One agent throughout the entire process each time an agent was changed I had to repeat the entire process markedly delaying the closing and I still haven’t received the checks to pay off the liens

There were some confusions on information communicated to me. Information from different persons who answer my phone calls when I call regarding some inquiry. One frustrating circumstance was when I was told the loan amount was changed including the reason why as well as the closing cost amount. Please review all recorded phone conversations to better understand what we have experienced. Christine and Sipan both were helpful and the updates and explanations were adequate.
