i had three notary that came to my house. 1. Loan forgot to put the the trust information so had to redo it 2. signed a full set of document and the was told there was an error in the funding amount 3. Final attempt and closed This is not related to Elyccia but maybe communication between Penny Mac and the title company.

The Penny Mac team was constantly keeping in contact with me throughout the process making everything go smoothly.
It was supposed to be easy. Instead you allowed that appraisal process to screw everything up.
I could not believe how smooth and simple the process was.
Joe and the entire PennyMac team were very knowledgeable and nice! They were definitely on it. I got a phone call almost every time I needed to fax or upload a document. I closed before the actual date I was expecting, and that’s great. Im very happy with my refinance experience. PennyMac has been my mortgage company since 2014 when my mom first signed with them. I really am looking forward to being a first time homeowner with PennyMac for many many years to come. Thank you for being on my side. Rebecca Diaz
