I could not believe how smooth and simple the process was.
Joe and the entire PennyMac team were very knowledgeable and nice! They were definitely on it. I got a phone call almost every time I needed to fax or upload a document. I closed before the actual date I was expecting, and that’s great. Im very happy with my refinance experience. PennyMac has been my mortgage company since 2014 when my mom first signed with them.
