I do not like your response, "Just OK is not enough". It is your survey response, and I think you could re-phrase your response. I have been with PennyMac for approximately five years and I've refinanced twice, excluding this current refinance. Your staff and service has been excellent up until this current refinance. Unfortunately, initially your agent was terse and disrespectful and the loan took an inordinate amount of time to close, even with the Covid-19 imposition.

Saved a lot of money and Deion was always in communication with me at the right time. Not too much communication and not too little. He listened to my concerns with my current loan and fixed it. Thanks so much! Very happy with my new loan.

Easy process, however too many other emails and calls that only served to confuse. Overall, good experience.

Process took over 4 months from start to finish even though I provided docs within hours of being requested. Your portal did not show files I had sent over so tracking is poor. Processing agent changed mid stream. I always had to call in to move things along vs being called.
