I called several times and all my questions were answered immediately. If she did not know the answer she was honest and requested information from Mr. Cook in a very timely manner. As stressful as this can be I feel that the team did an amazing job to keep me updated and as relaxed as possible.

My responses are purely based on my experiences with this Rep. This should’ve been very easy for him as all documents had already been provided/uploaded. All he had to do was keep me updated with progress. I think I heard from him once and then when he called to advise of my Closing, which turned into a disaster until VP of Loans had to be brought in. Final #s were incorrect which caused a delay in paperwork being sent to Title. He NEVER called me to advise of any of this.

The underwriter kept asking for the same things again and again. Additionally, there were two different portals to upload documents. You should only have one and request all documents at one time. The underwriter should directly deal with the homeowners especially if the file is too complex. The level of communication and service was terrible. There were too many people involved. I dealt with 6 different people while trying to refinance a loan PennyMac already had.
