From the beginning to the end the people who we talked to were very kind and professional BUT THE AMOUNT IF TIME IT TOOK TO CLOSE WAS RIDICULOUS ! This is something that should be said right at the beginning. Because Penny Mac already had our mortgage we thought this would be quite simple. More should have been said UP FRONT about the wait due to Covid and low rates! We made specific plans for other home projects because of the new financing and the dominó effects were very frustrating.
Very easy and pleasant experience. 2nd refi with PennyMac, great service.
The entire process was smooth for sure. I have done several refinances with other companies and Penny Mac by far was the smoothest. My closing was actually sooner than I expected. As far as I am concerned, I will remain with Penny Mac. Thank you for great service!
the loan process was simple instructions easy to follow plus a notary come right to your home very convenient every call was returned and questions answered pennymac and their agents made this process painless in the middle of covid

Fantastic service. All associates were most professional and knowledgeable. The process was smooth and painless.
Lack of communication from Mona made the experience unpleasant. I expressed my disappointment through several emails and voicemails and was given the run around for the last 3 months after I was supposed to close. I know for a fact my documents were not submitted on time because I had to resend everything at the end because they had expired. I had so many emails and VM that went days to sometimes over a week that went unanswered. She was not thorough or efficient
It went well but they didn't give us 2 months when they settle
