I heard from my loan processor Nick Batten every week to keep me updated. He called me when documents were needed immediately. He helped me understand the process and answered all of my questions without making me feel uncomfortable. I appreciated all of his assistance throughout this whole process. Took longer than I expected and I really didn’t not know why. Various communication with various persons along the way was confusing.

The process took 90 days to close. Many weeks went by without any communication. I would always initiate calls and leave voicemails. Was told around day 75 that she does not listen to them. Never got an accurate update on my loan process. Closing documents did not match final documents, and were wrong many times. The process was the worst I’ve ever experienced and will never work with PennyMac in the future for refinancing.
