Better communication

Denny's service was a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT, however when Nick Hagan stepped in, the level of service was immediately at the level I expected. Keeping this as brief as possible: - Denny's communication skills: 1 out of 10. Drops the ball, does not see issues thru competion, caused my closing to delayed - Denny does not acknowledge his faults, rather lies. He insisted I told him I was "unemployed" which is FALSE. I told him I changed jobs to take a promotion. The phone recording can be heard.
PennyMac was consistently contacting me with updates on the loan application and closing process. Anytime that I had questions, I received an answer promptly and fully.
Winkler and Braxton Bearden are the BEST
We had NO proactive communication what-so-ever. We were constantly wondering what was going on and had to call and ask every time. No word from PennyMac for months at a time and we kept receiving a loan payoff demand letter which our representative was very vague about. The whole process just reeked of horrible communication.
The team was always quick to answer my questions and resolve issues that happened to ensure refinance happened as fast as possible. The Covid pandemic made things go slow but PennyMac did their best to get things taken care of as efficiently as possible.
I needed special help working electronically and I was patience guided through the process.
A very smooth and professional experience.
