I WOULD like to say that Nicholas Ore phone number 314-758-1858 deserves FULL recognition and accolades for his work. Penny Mac should reward Nicholas for his diligence and customer service. The opposite applies to our loan officer (Robert Winkler) who dropped the ball on our loan. Did not communicate well - and caused a huge amount of stress at closing when the notary didn't show. Nicholas Or corrected Robert's mistakes. Nicolas Or was professional and went above and beyond to correct the error
Timely communication,simple process!
The communication was difficult. Responses to email was sporadic and calling was unclear to maneuver through menus to get to a person. My loan started in July and didn't close until the end of October. I was never really given a good reason why it was taking so long. Should have had more regular communications.

Monisha Gleghorn communicated with me on a timely basis. Anytime I left a phone message, she often returned my call on the same day. Although the entire process with PennyMac took quite a bit longer than I expected, it was a rather smooth process and that was certainly helped by timely replies and communication from Mona and the team. Good job Penny Mac!
My name on the document was missed arranged. Instead of Divine Oluwatosin Ojelade, they wrote Divine Ademuyiwa Ojelade. Though, Ademuyiwa was my former first name, but now changed to Divine.
