PennyMac's services were great to begin with. They were also great when I decided to use the VA Interest Rate Reduction program. I was impressed with the great service provided even though they were somewhat restricted by their wise precaution of working remotely during the Covid-19 pandemic. I couldn't have asked for better service even under less difficult circumstances.
Going through the loan process can be nerve racking, but having a good loan officer and a good team to answer all your questions help to put you at ease!
The team was informative and up front on every step through the process and answered every question. The timeframe was extended due to COIVD, but was impressed with the attentiveness.
