Too hard to get any answers to my questions. I the main contact was sick. Someone should have been appointed to fill in for him. Phone calls went to voice mail all the time and calls were not returned. It seems as though you had just a single person handling all the loans in progress. I was not provided wire instructions in a timely manner.

I felt like some of my questions were unanswerable, or they just didn't know how to answer it, and or it was treated as a chore. I also didnt get to close on time. But for the most part they did a good job with the documentation and especially with Alex communicating with me better than the other.

I was quite impressed with how the process went is relatively smooth. Communication could be a little bit better however, when you did speak to someone they were clear concise and to the point.
