Very fast process with little work on my part.
PennyMac is a great mortgage company to work with. This will be our third time using them and would recommend them to anyone.
If it wasn't for Joseph Kirleis with his communication on the loan status, I would of backed out of it and shopped elsewher.
Extremely professional staff. Every part of the process was efficient and we completed ahead of schedule.
Overall my refinance experience with Penny Mac was great. I only have 1complaint: I received numerous requests for the same documents. Other than that, it was smooth sailing.
This was the smoothest refi we've had. Great job!
PennyMac has exceeded anything we could ever ask for when it came to information, the professional employees to the always being available to give an answer. I would recommend PennyMac hands down.
I understand that we're living in different times right now, but a few things about the process could've gone better. 1) I confirmed with PM that my signing would take place at 10:30 a.m. on a Saturday. I then received a confirmation email from the notary for 1 p.m. When I called to try to reschedule, they said that 1 was their earliest availability. 2) I haven't received much explanation of the process in general. Notary's are no help understanding the process of refinancing.
