Everything went smoothly and quick. Lowering our interest and payments made it all worth it. Good time to refinance.

If it wasn't for Joseph Kirleis with his communication on the loan status, I would of backed out of it and shopped elsewher.
I love PennyMac. Now do to the fact of this being my first home, so first time refinancing as well, a lot of things were like a foreign language to me! However, all of my questions were answered thoroughly and everything explained to me in great detail. I am pleased with the service of my PennyMac Team!! Thsnk you all!
Overall my refinance experience with Penny Mac was great. I only have 1complaint: I received numerous requests for the same documents. Other than that, it was smooth sailing.
I had many questions during the process but when I called my reps # or emailed I got an auto generated email reply and the phone answering service went in loops and eventually dismissed the call due to high call volume.
This was the smoothest refi we've had. Great job!
PennyMac has exceeded anything we could ever ask for when it came to information, the professional employees to the always being available to give an answer. I would recommend PennyMac hands down.
