still cannot believe that we actually closed in less than (2) weeks from my original call to PennyMac. Glad we chose to refinance with the bank that has held our mortgage for the last several years. very impressive.
From start to finish the whole refinance process was handled meticulously. It actually took less time than I imagined and everyone in the process was very professional. I would definitely recommend PennyMac to anyone interested in buying or refinancing a home.
Both Joe Kirleis (processing) and John Kimble jr. (sales) were both responsive and helpful with everything. Having worked in the industry in the past I know how difficult it can be to move loans along with required processes and waiting for document requests from clients. They both completed their work with efficiency and professionalism.
Everything was on schedule and as advertised.
Adam Key was not responsive at all. I reached out to him 10+ times, and after I committed to the refinance he only returned my message once. He provided terrible customer service.
