The process was as it was explained to me initially. I do not have any further commentary.
I do think there were a few hiccups in the process, but not necessarily reflective of Joe's performance. Closing took longer than expected.

The support from Charles and MY'esha we good. I rec. a quote in mid June and closed 9/28/2020 so what do you think. If you would like to contact me a 1-714-914-2523 I would be happy to discuss with you. Again Charles Shepherd what great and if not for him I would have given up a long time ago.
The portal and what seemed to be automated emails caused some confusion on what documents were required of us. Deion was exceptional in responding to our queries and remedying any issues.
Michelle was very organized and well prepared for the closing session. Her preparedness and attention to detail made the whole process go smoothly. She was able to answer all of my questions and was able to provide additional details without hesitation when requested.
More information about my loan I kinda felt rushed through the process and would have liked more communication
