I love PennyMac. Now do to the fact of this being my first home, so first time refinancing as well, a lot of things were like a foreign language to me! I had many questions during the process but when I called my reps # or emailed I got an auto generated email reply and the phone answering service went in loops and eventually dismissed the call due to high call volume.
