The most painless home financing experience ever! The processing team were professional and genuinely friendly. They left no rock unturned and made sure I was informed on every stage of the process. My loan was processed and completed in less than 3 weeks! Absolutely amazing. Thank you PMac!
The application process went well. There were special circumstances that I informed the team of throughout the process. The closing was ready earlier than expected and the process faltered. Response to my phone calls and emails was slow. Given that they were ready to close earlier, I expected the documents to be ready on the agreed upon closing date. The documents came late. I worked until early morning printing and organizing them for a closing appointment with a notary later that day.
Everything was on schedule and as advertised.
It took a little longer than expected, but other than that everything went well.
I have been a banker and know what a complicated process this is. You folks made it as painless as it can be and you did it at a time when you are overwhelmed with business. I appreciated that.

Nick was wonderful to work with. Answered all questions in detail. Helped us with document signing and gave me all of the information needed promptly. It was the best and easiest re-fi I've experienced. Because we have been so pleased with our experience with Penny Mac, our brother,my daughter, my granddaughter have allused Penny Mac successfully and we couldn't be more satisfied!
