Everything went smoothly. It took a little longer than we thought but still in a reasonable timeframe.
We received many calls in the beginning about the same thing. Around 8 calls asking to stand by while they put an agent on the phone. The first 2 i waited over 15 minutes and hung up. The 3rd time I said I will not hold. You have an agent call me or I will walk away. After the 3rd I still receiv f l you guys have no idea what the right hand and left hand are doing. The only reason I stayed is because you had our original loan. In the end it was easy but the start of the process was painful!
I was repeatedly asked for my "Permanent Resident Alien" card even though I have provided my social security number and said I was a US citizen from the start of this process. I responded saying I'm a us citizen, I was born in the US etc. I was assured it was a mistake but for about a month I was repeatedly asked to provide my permanent resident alien card. This is very concerning to me that I was being targeted for being Hispanic. Also lack of response whenever I emailed the mymacteam@ email
The department runs like a well-oiled machine.
Over all it was a very pleasant experience and Nathan Hoffman was a very helpful partner along the way.
Sherri Viamontes did a great job to start me off in the loan process and I would recommend her to anyone. However, when it came to mr.Deion smith, he was great at replying back to me but wasn’t knowledgeable enough to direct me in the right direction when I ask about power of attorney. If I had listen to him, I probably would have spent extra money out of my pocket to hire lawyer to make a POA. at closing, my appt was cancelled and a young lady who has littleknowledge of the paper came instead.

What made the experience great for me was Ben's expertise on the plans that I qualified for and his recommendations to make me feel better about my decision making during the process, as well as Drew's expertise and expedience for a successful closing.
Beth Bewen was wonderful to work with. She answered our many questions with a kind spirit and was ALWAYS helpful. Buying a home can be stressful with deadlines and all, Beth helped us navigate the process with great skill.
