It was one of the most frustrating experiences mainly because I could never contact anyone. Right after starting the refi i sent email to both my original loan officer abdul Saleh and Robert Winkler to see if I could take $ out. I got no reply. I kept trying to call Robert, I kept getting some woman's voicemail and never got a call back.I tried contacting someone via the website too. No answers. The only way we FINALLY got in touch with someone was by my husband waiting on the phone for 30 min.

There were absolutely no glitches from beginning to end. The process went directly as prescribed by our rep. There was very little work on our part in completing the process, everything seemed effortless as it was.
