Poor communication and knowledge by loan processor Dennis Mueller and loan closer Charles Carey.
There were absolutely no glitches from beginning to end. The process went directly as prescribed by our rep. There was very little work on our part in completing the process, everything seemed effortless as it was.
Professional, prompt and responsive!
Everything went smoothly. It took a little longer than we thought but still in a reasonable timeframe.
The department runs like a well-oiled machine.
Over all it was a very pleasant experience and Nathan Hoffman was a very helpful partner along the way.
Sherri Viamontes did a great job to start me off in the loan process and I would recommend her to anyone. However, when it came to mr.Deion smith, he was great at replying back to me but wasn’t knowledgeable enough to direct me in the right direction when I ask about power of attorney. If I had listen to him, I probably would have spent extra money out of my pocket to hire lawyer to make a POA. at closing, my appt was cancelled and a young lady who has littleknowledge of the paper came instead.

What made the experience great for me was Ben's expertise on the plans that I qualified for and his recommendations to make me feel better about my decision making during the process, as well as Drew's expertise and expedience for a successful closing.
