Everyone from beginning to end was absolutely fantastic. I have a job where I am overseas for weeks or months at a time and they worked quickly to ensure everything was done prior to my departure. All of your team members were friendly yet professional, in fact I told them both I wish my coworkers were more like them! :) Thank you for taking the time to explain EVERYTHING I had a concern with and giving me the best option.
The process was very efficient, easy and without delays or problems. Tabatha was excellent when initiating the loan process and made herself available if I had questions or needed her assistance after the initial process. Nate kept me posted on the status of my loan and was prompt to acknowledge my emails. I have been receiving offers from other institutions from years and I am very glad I stayed with PennyMac:
Couldn’t have been easier. Requirements were clear and easy to upload and entire process went much faster than I expected.
The loan officer Dameon was good but to get a hold of him was very difficult. Had a hiccup with the Closing attorney about what I owed at closing the day of closing. Still have not received a callback. Good thing it was something minor. Was told I did not owe any money at closing and Turns out I did and I had to scramble with a newborn to get to an ATM because I didn’t have cash or check on me because I was not prepared to pay anything from another higher level loan officer.
