Loan closed quickly
Better communication, both honest and timely. My loan tooks months to close after being in ready to clase state for months. A mixup in the appraisal required we pay for another appraisal. But the communication was terrible. I made many calls, with many requests for an explanation of the delay only to be met with "it's with underwriting for final review" more times than I can count. When I protested at paying for an additional appraisal after having waited so many months, I was compensated with a $100 credit. That doesn't ev... read more

Sandi was always cheerful, polite, and respectful. She was never impatient or rude and she made all the difference in making my experience a positive one.
Better communication overall, I know a lot of it had to do with underwriting, but they could have given a better response as to what they needed.
