Quick and easy process, portal is awesome to see your progress and people are friendly and very knowledgeable.
The communication was great, and the professionalism was outstanding.
1. Underwriter requests were strange & unreasonable. (Delayed settlement) 2. Mortgage company chose a settlement company without asking me. (In the interest of moving things forward, I later agreed.) Overall, glad that everything worked out at closing.
Quick and easy
Let me be clear that Justin was amazing. I filled out the survey with mostly positive answers so he could be recognized and get credit for his work. Him and Vincent Chu saved the day for us. This process was actually horrible and I will never use Pennymac again if we need another loan or to refinance and I will not recommend Pennymac to anyone, ever. Mr. Gallo was great. He was prompt, kept us informed and was extremely polite. He deserves a bonus!
