Better communication overall, I know a lot of it had to do with underwriting, but they could have given a better response as to what they needed.
Quick and easy process, portal is awesome to see your progress and people are friendly and very knowledgeable.
The communication was great, and the professionalism was outstanding.
1. Underwriter requests were strange & unreasonable. (Delayed settlement) 2. Mortgage company chose a settlement company without asking me. (In the interest of moving things forward, I later agreed.) Overall, glad that everything worked out at closing.
