Zach was hard to communicate with and was irritated when I would ask questions to verify I was understanding things. Next, the date we were to close the title company lady didn’t show up (it was confirmed and no one called to cancel). We sat waiting only for a now show. Next closing went fine. However paperwork was wrong so we had to schedule for a THIRD time a closing. I was told to numerous times to not make June payment - then today get a collections call. Experience was terrible.

Communication. 1000% communication. That was not there and would take several calls and emails just to get a response to which wasn’t very clear and/or caused the closing date to be pushed out an additional week costing us almost $1000 in hotel fees.

I was pleased that some of my more basic questions were answered by the person who answered the phone and I did not have to always be transferred Carlton Blood.

I had previously spoken to another loan guy and applied back in March but nothing happened even though I had emailed the guys a couple of times! After waiting about 2 months of no info, I called again and found out from Arthur Tate there was nothing in the system anymore for some odd reason. He got me going, same day, soon after Carlton got me finished up quickly and with great customer service. That's what I need the first go around but, its done. Thank you all.
