Zachary provided great communications and feedback and was on top of the process. It was much faster than I expected. Only hiccup was actually at the closing and what and who had to send paperwork to title company. We both (Notary and I) ended up sending separate documents, but it was all sorted out at the Title company.

At first, they were going to put my husband on the loan but Utah is not a community property state so I had to have him removed. Then, a closer from another state called because whoever set up my closing did not contact a closer in the correct city and state. It was a little bumpy but they pulled it together fabulously by Monday morning.

Great experience. I am in the mortgage business and so glad to see a company giving great customer service and up front counseling - to not open any new debts or change jobs!
