Excellent service - Penny Mac individuals were very knowledgeable of the process - everything went smoothly and quickly -
This refinance process was totally seamless. I am so very impressed with the "Customer First" mindset. The communication from start to finish, again very impressive. Thank you Julian and the entire PennyMac Team. I also thank Corey Golden who was on the other end of the phone the day I called to inquire about the IRRL, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend PennyMac 100%. Thanks again to the Team.
Overall customer service was very good. Only issue I had was it seemed as though I talked to a different person every time I called and had to explain the situation and got different or repetitive answers on each call. That being said the loan process it self was very smooth and simple
