The whole process was smoothe and we didn’t have to provide additional documentation as it was already on file. The one thing I will mention that slowed the process down was waiting in a shipping label from title. I called at 9am mountain time and did not receive a follow up call until 6pm that day that could have delayed the whole process. We applied May 5th and the loan was funded May 28th.
From start to finish, we were treated with the utmost courtesy as we sought to refinance our home to get a better interest rate. We were kept informed as we moved through the process.
