It was a easy And the people were nice. The only thing that needs to be fixed is the collection side and the loan side need to know what each other is doing. A customer should not be getting a phone call from collections when he was advised by the loan department not to make a payment. Other then that we enjoyed the easy of refinancing our house.

The fastest, smoothest and fair BA streamline refinance I have ever experienced. Was able to receive a better refinance rate than the one that advertises on TV for veterans. Glad I shopped around. I saved myself a ton of money.

Super-friendly help. I just wasn't ready for the letters asking for pay-off balance (several of them), since I was refinancing with the same company.
