Overall a very quick and painless experience.
Everyone me was very responsive to my calls and emails. Even with the overwhelming amount of applications, they made me feel as though mine was the most important.

Myesha was great! My closing cost had changed by 2k and nobody reached out to tell me. I was only offered to change my low interest to a higher rate to cover it and I was not happy about that. My loan officer Reid Wright didn't want to help me. He said he was going to call me back in 24 hours and I never heard from him again. I didn't like the lack of communication or effort to try and help me fixed the situation that Pennymac dropped the ball on.
