Quicker and easier than expected
Julian was a huge help.
lloyd and zach were both very easy to work with, i know you must be very proud of them. they are the type of personnel that makes a company run smoothly, profitable and make the customers feel very secure in all transactions. i enjoyed working with both of them.

The experience was very easy and smooth. All paperwork was done on time and closing done in a short time.
There was some confusion initially with the uploading of documents, but it worked out.
It may be a result of the pandemic and the work from home policies, but before Nathan was assigned we had GREAT difficulrty reaching anyone. Even your call center could not reach anyone from the office we were working with spent over 4 hours on two occasions trying to get updates. Nathan was a welcome change. He did stay in touch and things moved smoothly once he was on the case.
