Over all it was a great experience. Promped on getting documents to me, communication was awesome, and closing attorney was a great guy as well. Mrs Sera Olson was on point at all times kept me informed about everything.
accurate information for closing dates, our closing scheduler was not on the ball. He didnt schedule our closing properly and we were left waiting around with no information. The few times we called back we got different info that was not accurate and had to read out to our loan officer for assistance. not impressed with the experience.
All the representatives I worked with were friendly, polite, and professional. Special thanks to Moe and Nicholas for making everything seems so easy and stress free. Eric
