Everyone was very helpful and explained the steps and process in detail. I appreciate the ease of communication and the speed in which we finished. Great company to work with.
Taking EVERYTHING into consideration and trying to place MYSELF into the shoes of the PennyMac members that assisted me from start to finish, all while dealing with a once in century worldwide event that has impacted 99% of the human race AND life as we knew it.... I would have to say that the direct team that handled loan did a damm good job of crossing the tees and dotting the Eyes.
Closed during the pandemic and every one made an effort to make everything as smooth as possible.
The refi was very quick and easy. I felt the origination and points charges were extremely high for a refi from a company I was already using. I’m Happy with the rate I received though

Everything went well and I understand why there were issues with the closing due to the pandemic and multiple people being involved and mixing up a few key terms with the dual signing with the title company but things were fixed and penny Mac did a wonderful job overall. My direct rep was always very punctual and timely with her replies and timely responses!
PennyMac exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. My refinance was prompt and efficient. They communicated quickly and accurately. There was nothing hidden. I am grateful for their services. I would recommend them.
