Everything was clear except the print out of the final closing, otherwise every thing went great.
The Pennymac folks I worked with were WONDERFUL! The closer, who I understand not to be a Pennymac person, however, was a bit more challenging. When I wanted to review a document, I felt pushed through it without adequate time to review and verify the information. It was also not uncommon for the signature page to be on top and I was expected to sign, and the closer seemed frustrated that I wanted to review the pages beneath, which were part of the document. I didn't love that.
Everything done in an expedient manner, all interactions were extremely professional.
