The process, which began with the initial PennyMac loan person Ms Sherri Viamontes, was smooth and to the point. Then the PennyMac m.a.c. team went to work on the processing and Mr Austin Evers and gang of members were fantastic and informative. Every two or three days I was informed of the status of the loan process. In about three to four weeks the title company was in my home to finalize my refinance at the much lower rate . I commend the PennyMac Team and they all deserve an A+. Carl B
Austin and Jimmy were great. Even during a pandemic, our process was seamless and easy. They communicated and never left us in the dark.
Although the Covid-19 outbreak was going on this company very efficiently helped me refinance and close quickly. Quicker than I expected! That was a nice surprise!
IT WORKED
Pennymac VA Refinance was made very easy by everyone I worked with at Pennymac. From the initial call to the mobile notarized closing I was highly impressed by the professionalism and how easy the process was. Thank you Pennymac!!!
The process was to be a no-cost closing...original CD showed a fee of $149...we were told it would be credited...it was not. Then at closing, the fee went to $721...lawyer nor title company could explain why...delayed closing until we got an explanation...turns out the closing was delayed by the lawyer which made closing costs go up...not too happy that the lawyer selected cost us money...this is something they should have adjusted for in their pricing.
