Refinancing was fast and locked into a good rate. Very happy with Pennymac.
The entire M.A.C. team did an exceptional job and were very helpful and knowledgeable. I had one possible discrepancy that was immediately addressed and I couldn't have been happier! The team was very responsive and helpful. I was surprised how simple it actually was. And the lady who came out to witness our signatures was funny, professional, and accommodating. We sat out by our covered pool... (COVID-19 safe spacing) and plowed right through it... no surprises.
I really appreciate the speed in which the loan was closed. After I offered Penny Mac a chance to compete with a new refinance offer that I had received from another banking institution, not only did they counteroffer with a lower APR, they closed the deal quickly.

I refinanced my home and Nicholas was very helpful. We discussed my situation, income, plans and budget for my mortgage. Nicholas advises me of what route he thought would be the best for me to take. After a little thought it was by far the most logical suggestion for me. I originally planned on contacting multiple companies to get several quotes but after speaking with Nicholas went with PennyMac.
